What are your core tasks?

  • Sales: Market analysis, identification of potential customers, maintenance of customer relationships through intensive consulting, order processing in cooperation with other internal departments such as production, design and logistics
  • Service: On-site installation of machines, regular maintenance, troubleshooting and training for operating personnel, intensive customer dialogue


What is part of the team's typical working day?

  • Sales: Close communication with existing and potential customers, meetings for strategy planning, negotiations, preparation of offers, coordination with various other departments
  • Service: Installations, maintenance and training on site in Germany, occasionally also at international customer locations


What hard skills do you need in the team?

  • Sales: Sales engineer/key account manager, technical training or technical degree (BSc, MSc or similar) with additional experience in complex system sales
  • Service: Service technician/service engineer/system expert, electronics technician for operating or automation technology, mechatronics technician for semiconductor production systems or similar technologies
     

Which soft skills are important to you?

  • Sales: Communication skills, self-motivation, relationship building, team spirit
  • Service: Problem-solving skills, flexibility, strong communication skills
     

Which language is used in everyday communication by the team?

  • German and English
