What are your core tasks?
- Interface function between customers, in house development tems and sales
- Support customrs to releasse tools into production and optimize the application on the tools
What is part of the team's typical working day?
- Communication with customers via teams, telephone and personal contact
- Travelling 5 to 6 times a year, e.g. USA, Taiwan, Malaysia, Austria, Finland, Sweden
- Working with and on the systems
- Communication with all internal departments, e.g. to report software bugs found
- Testing new software and hardware features on the systems and providing feedback to the relevant colleagues
Project management of customer projects, coordination of deadlines, schedules and reporting on project progress
What Hard Skills do you need in the team?
- Completed training as a technician or engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree) specialising in physics, mechanical engineering, computer science, chemistry or similar
- Experience in development, microscopy, optics, image processing preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Junior and senior technicians and engineers
Which soft skills are important to you?
- Appreciative communication within the team
- Positive atmosphere
Which language is used in everyday communication by the team?
- German and English
