Fast and precise stage with a travel range of 200mm is scale controlled and operates in closed loop mode. A feature to be measured is placed within a tolerance better than 400nm in the region of interest (measurement field).
Stage positioning is additionally supported by an ultra fast feature finder with > 99,9% recognition probability.
