Image autofocus is a focus technology using the motorized Z-drive of the microscope to drive to the best image focus level. The best focus is evaluated by software from the camera images.
The iImage autofocus is standard in most MueTec tools. For high speed and ultra precise measurements, MueTec recommends to use the optional Laser Autofocus.
