Since 2001 MueTec also uses Leica DUV optics in a microscope platform invented by MueTec demanding highest mechanical stability and Z-resolution for metrology Electronics MueTec invents and manufactures all control units for MueTec systems itself. Well-established parts of state-of-the-art PC technology are bought while PC technology itself is manufactured by MueTec regarding the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
